1. Frog’s legs are the most tender meat, but make sure it is fully cooked before eating.

2. Add more ginger slices to remove all bad smell and taste.

Remove the frog’s head, skin, and organs. Wash and clean, then cut into pieces.

Peel lily into small pieces. Soak white fungus into the water and tear into small pieces. Wash and clean longan.

Add water to a skillet and add all ingredients. Bring to a boil over high heat. Then simmer over low heat for 1.5 hours. Add salt for seasoning. Serve.
