Roasted Crispy Onion and Chicken Dumpling Recipe
For a crispy and appetizing dumpling, this recipe achieves it. It combines the taste of stir-frying and mixes that aroma with roasted dumpling skin. If you like stir-fried dishes, you will definitely fall into love with this roasted dumpling.
100g dumpling skin
5g chicken powder
7g white sugar
1. Use beef tallow to fry minced onion and chicken to add more flavor.
2. Use thick dumpling skin for this recipe. If you only have thin dumpling skin, you can overlay 2 dumpling skin and use it as one.
Peel onion and mince into small pieces. Mince chicken into small cubes.
Add oil into a pot. Add minced chicken and onion to fry until aromatic. Add salt, chicken powder, sugar to fry until mix well. Drain oil and remove a bowl.
Add the stuffing on a dumpling skin.
Place another dumpling skin on the stuffing.
Use a mold (or a cup) to cut the dumpling into a flat and round dumpling.
Beat an egg, discard the egg white and add egg yolk into a bowl. Stir until egg yolk becomes egg liquid. Use a brush to dip the egg yolk liquid and brush on the dumpling skin.
Preheat the oven to 200℃. Roast the dumpling for 10 minutes.
