1. Use beef tallow to fry minced onion and chicken to add more flavor.

2. Use thick dumpling skin for this recipe. If you only have thin dumpling skin, you can overlay 2 dumpling skin and use it as one.

Peel onion and mince into small pieces. Mince chicken into small cubes.
