Roasted Tuna and Mashed Potato Ball Recipe

Tips

1. For a better taste, add a little chili sauce before serving.

2.  Make sure the flour mixture is stirred evenly. The flour mixture should not has flavor cubes.

3. Do not add too much salt into the flour mixture. You can only add a little chicken powder for seasoning.

Mix flour and water. Use a whisk to stir until mix well. Add a little oil into a takoyaki maker. Then add a little flour mixture into each mold.

Add a tablespoon of mashed potato into each mold.

Add a teaspoon of tuna in each mold.

Fill each mold with flour mixture.

Turn it around to make it into a ball.

Increase the heat and cook until the potato ball is cooked and golden brown.
