Simple Chinese Spicy and Hot Chicken Recipe

Tips:

  1. Cooking time is the key to Chinese chicken. Use high heat to cook chicken to make crispy outside. The overcooked chicken will be tough to eat, so cut the chicken into small pieces to shorten the cooking time.
  2. Adding dried chili and Sichuan pepper can make this dish tasty, but not too spicy. If you are a true spicy lover, you can add fresh spicy chili to boost the spicy taste.
