Tip

You can buy a frozen and sliced lamb in the supermarket. In that way, it would be super fast and easy.

Prepare the seasoning first in order to prevent overcooked.

Sliced lamb is easy to be overcooked. In order to make sure the meat tender, cook until the color changed.

First, mix all the seasonings in a small bowl and set aside. Wait until the meat defrost.

Add a little oil, preheat heat the pot to 50 degrees. Add sliced lamb and half of the scallion and to saute until fragrant.
