Tips

1. After soaking the shiitake mushrooms, do not discard the soaking water, because it has a lot of shiitake mushroom aroma, you can use it for stews.

2. Blanch the jellyfish to remove the fishy smell, or you can add 3-5 ginger slices into the pot to remove the bad smell.

Peel carrots and cut into small pieces. Soak dried shiitake mushroom into the water for 2 hours. Wash and peel water chestnut.

Wash and clean lean pork, then cut into pieces. Soak jellyfish into the water and then blanch it into boiling water until medium-well.

Add water to a stew pot. Add all ingredients into the pot. Cover and simmer over small heat for 3 hours. Add salt for seasoning. Serve.
