Tips:

  1. You can wipe the bean curd inside with cornstarch before put pork stuffing. It makes bean curd more sticky and easy to press.
  2. After pressing two pieces bean curd, coat the gap with a little cornstarch. In this way, it prevents the pork stuffing from falling out.

Dice bean curd cut into 3 cm² square, 5 mm thick pieces; Minced green onion and ginger separately. Chop dried chili into pieces.
