- When marinating chicken meat, mix well. Chicken meat can soak taste and moisture of the ingredient. Then stir-fry over high heat to shorten cooking time. In doing so, chicken meat will be as tender as tofu.

Chop chicken into small pieces. Add soy sauce, salt, chicken powder, cooking wine. Marinate for half an hour.
Add oil and preheat the pot. Fry the chicken until golden brown. Remove and drain.
