Tips:
- When marinating chicken meat, mix well. Chicken meat can soak taste and moisture of the ingredient. Then stir-fry over high heat to shorten cooking time. In doing so, chicken meat will be as tender as tofu.
- In China, Sichuan chicken is known as a spicy dish in all Chinese chicken dishes. To make authentic tastes, add more Sichuan pepper and red chili. This spicy ingredient is to enhance the aromatic of the meat.

1 Done 90 minutes | Chop chicken into small pieces. Add soy sauce, salt, chicken powder, cooking wine. Marinate for half an hour. |
