Directions
Tips:
- Use more minced garlic if you desire. The more the better. You will fall in love with roasted garlic taste.
- Marinate for 2 or 3 hours can make the chicken wing tastier. If you prepared in advance, you can marinate and store in the fridge overnight.
- Cheese chicken wings are crispy outside and tender inside. To make it authentic, make sure preheat the oven before roasting.

Wash and clean chicken wings. Drain water. |

Mix all seasoning (except light soy sauce and dark soy sauce) and marinate chicken wings for 1 hour. |
