Tips:
- The size of the towel gourd is different. You can add more if you desire.
- Do not steam towel gourd too long in order to have fresh appearance and taste.
- The taste and salty might be different due to different light soy sauce brand.

Peel the towel gourd and cut it into sections (depending on the size of the plate you're using), then place them on the plate. Mince the garlic. |

Put the towel gourd plate into the steamer, steam about 3-5 minutes. Steam until the color turns green. Do not steam too long, otherwise, towel gourd will lose water. |

Preheat the pot. Add a tablespoon peanut oil. Heat the oil until you can see a little smoke. Add minced garlic. Heat over low heat until golden browned. Pour 2 tablespoon of light soy sauce in the pot (NOTE: Be careful, the oil might spill) |

Pour garlic sauce on the towel gourd and you're done! |
