Asparagus With Soy Sauce Recipe

Remove old skin of asparagus. Remove tough stem. Wash and cut into long strips. Blanching in boiling water. Drain and set aside.

Add light soy sauce, sugar, salt, and a little water into the pot. Bring to a boil. Pour over on the asparagus.

Sprinkle minced ginger and garlic on asparagus. Heat oil and sesame oil in the pan until hot, pour over on ginger and garlic. Sprinkle with red pepper shreds.
