- minced ginger
- minced garlic

- light soy sauce
- sesame oil

Tips
If you use different light soy sauce, the taste might be different.
Steps
1 Done | Remove old skin of asparagus. Remove tough stem. Wash and cut into long strips. Blanching in boiling water. Drain and set aside. |
2 Done | Add light soy sauce, sugar, salt, and a little water into the pot. Bring to a boil. Pour over on the asparagus. |
3 Done | Sprinkle minced ginger and garlic on asparagus. Heat oil and sesame oil in the pan until hot, pour over on ginger and garlic. Sprinkle with red pepper shreds. |
