Chinese Stir-fried Pork With Bitter Melon Recipe

Tips:

  1. Using cooked meat to stir-fry can make meat taste tender.
  2. Do not fry bitter melon for long. Otherwise, it can destroy the nutrition and vitamins in bitter melon.

Cut bitter melon in half. Use a spoon to scoop out bitter melon’s seeds, Clean and cut it into slices. Wash and cut bamboo shoots into stripes.

Clean pork tenderloin, cut it into strips. Mix with cooking wine, egg white and cornstarch,  marinate for 15 minutes. Cook until medium well. Then set aside.

Add oil and preheat the pot. Fry minced ginger and spring onions until fragrant. Add bitter melon and bamboo shoots, stir-fry until medium raw.

Add pork strips, salt, chicken powder, and pepper, stir-fry over medium heat.

Use another bowl, mix cornstarch and water. Pour into the pot and cook until thickens. Sprinkle with sesame oil and serve.
