Wash and clean lean pork. Cut into thick slices.

Wash corn silk and red dates. Soak Chinese yam and lentils into the water for 1 hour.

Add water to a stew pot. Bring to a boil. Add All ingredients, then bring to a boil again. After boiling, switch into a small fire to stew for 3 hours. Add salt for seasoning.
