Soak sweet potato vermicelli into warm water until soft. Wash lettuce and cut into large pieces. |

Add ginger, garlic paste, sesame oil, chili oil, chicken powder, soy sauce, white pepper powder, Sichuan pepper powder, vinegar, salt into a bowl, stir and mix well. |
