Steps
1 Done 5 minutes | Soak sweet potato vermicelli into warm water until soft. Wash lettuce and cut into large pieces. |
2 Done 5 minutes | Add ginger, garlic paste, sesame oil, chili oil, chicken powder, soy sauce, white pepper powder, Sichuan pepper powder, vinegar, salt into a bowl, stir and mix well. |
3 Done 5 minutes | Add soup stock into a pot. Bring to a boil and cook sweet potato vermicelli and lettuce for 1 minute. |
4 Done 5 minutes | Add a tablespoon of soup stock into a bowl. Then add sweet potato vermicelli, lettuces. Sprinkle with fried soybean and chopped green onions. Serve. |
