Tips

1. Kelp has good medicinal value because kelp contains a lot of iodine. Make sure clean kelp thoroughly before simmering, otherwise, it makes the soup to have a fishy taste.

2. Add 3-5 ginger slices and 1-2 garlic cloves to make the soup taste stronger and aromatic.

Cut pork ribs into pieces and blanch into boiling water until medium-well.

Soak kelp soak into water 1 day in advance. Soak mung bean into the water for 1 hour.

Add water to a skillet, bring to a boil. Then add all ingredients into the pot. Use low heat to stew for 1.5 hours. Add salt and chicken powder for seasoning. Serve.
