Oyster Flavour Pork Soup Recipe
Dried oyster is the key seasoning that brings seafood flavor to this soup. While white fungus and almond add herbal effect. Pork and dried tangerine peel dissolve its flavor to make soup with a sweet and meaty background.
20g white fungus
1 dried tangerine peel
1. Dried oysters can bring more seafood flavor than fresh oysters. And dried oyster has almost no fishy smell.

Wash pork, cut them into large pieces. Blanch until slightly cooked.
Soak dried oyster until soft. Soak white fungus into the water, then tear into small pieces. Soak dried tangerine peel to make it soft.
Add water to a pot. Bring to a boil. Add all ingredients into the pot. Cover and simmer over low heat for 2 hours. Add chicken powder and salt for seasoning. Serve.
