    Kitchen Tips

    1. You can adjust the ratio of rice flour and glutinous rice flour according to your preference. For the softer cake, add more glutinous rice flour. For harder mouthfeel, add more rice flour.

    2. The steaming time should be adjusted based on the amount of glutinous rice flour and rice flour. To test whether the cake is cooked, stab with a chopstick. It is cooked when the cake is not sticky on the chopstick.
