Rehmannia and Seaweed Pork Trotter Soup Recipe

500g pork trotter
30g dried rehmannia root
1. Soak seaweed and kelp into the water for at least 1 hour. It can help to remove dirt and bad taste.

Wash and cut pork trotter into small pieces. Blanch into boiling water until cooked.
Soak seaweed and kelp into the water in advance. Wash and clean dried Rehmannia root.
Add water to a pot. Bring to a boil. Then add all ingredients into the pot and simmer over 2 hours. Add salt for seasoning. Serve.
