Ingredients
-
750g pork trotter
-
100g soybeans
-
50g shiitake mushroom
-
2 ginger slices

Directions
Tips
1. You can use a pressure cooker to reduce the cooking time and make pork trotter softer.
2. Use dried shiitake mushroom for a more aromatic soup, but for using fresh shiitake mushroom, the mushroom can be smooth and tender after stewing.
