Tips:
- Steam bacon until soft. Bacon has lots of fat. The steaming process helps remove excess fat and it prevents oily feeling after cooking.
- Stir-fry chopped pepper sauce before adding other seasonings. This process makes all ingredients aromatic.

Wash and chop the green peppers, Cut into diamond pieces; Cut bamboo shoots into small pieces. Wash honey fungus. |

Add oil to and preheat the pot. Add green onions, minced garlic, and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant. |

Add chopped pepper sauce, fry until red oil comes out. Add bamboo shoots, honey fungus and a little water to stir-fry. |

Then add bacon, green pepper pieces stir fry evenly, seasoning with soy sauce, sugar, salt. |

Use another bowl, mix cornstarch and water. Then pour into the pot. Cook until soup thickens. |
