Tiger Skin Pepper Recipe
Tigerskin (wrinkled skin) green pepper is very simple to do. When the stir-fry pepper, heat over medium fire. Slowly pressed pepper and turn over the green pepper. Patience is the key to making a beautiful tiger skin (wrinkled).
8 green pepper
15 ml vinegar
15 g white sugar
5 ml light soy sauce
15 ml oil
