Tips:

  1. When stir-fry vegetables, stewing black fungus first. Because the taste of dried shrimp will penetrate to the soup. It can enhance the black fungus flavor.
  2. Dried shrimp are salty. No need to add extra salt. You should try the taste before adding other seasonings, such as salt and chick powder.

Wash clean, cut into stripes. Water black fungus and tear into small pieces; Wash dried shrimps and drain.

Add oil and preheat the post. Fry dried shrimp until crispy. Add black fungus and a small amount of water, stewing over small heat for 2 minutes.

Then add leeks, fire stir fry until medium raw, Add salt, pepper, stir-fry for a minute. Serve.
