Lotus Paste Pastry Recipe
For a lovely lotus paste pastry, the recipe is easy to follow. Simply make two doughs, then mix them together. Then use dough skin to wrap the lotus paste as stuffing. Although the process is simple, the pastry will have an appetizing appearance.

Tips
- If you don’t make pastry immediately, use plastic wrap to cover the dough to prevent moisture loss.
- You can replace the lotus paste with sesame paste or minced char siu as stuffing.
