Tips

1. The steam glutinous rice can be sticky, if you don’t have a glove, you can wet your hand with cold water, so that the rice won’t stick on your hands.

2. You can also use white glutinous rice to make this snack, it’s tasty as well. Place both black and white glutinous rice cake on a plate that is really appetizing.

Wash and clean black glutinous rice. Add it to a bowl. Then add a little water into a bowl. Place it into a steamer and steam until cooked.

Remove glutinous rice from heat. Add white sugar to the rice and mix well.
