  1. Fry shrimp one by one. It makes sure each shrimp are fully coated with egg mixture. Shrimps will not stick together in this way.

Wash garlic sprout and dice into small pieces. Remove sand vein of the shrimp, wash and clean. Beat the egg and stir well, add starch and stir until sticky. Wash red pepper and cut into small pieces.

Add oil to the pot. Mix shrimp with egg mixture until coated. Fry shrimp until golden brown. Remove from heat.

Use the remaining oil to preheat the garlic sprout, shrimp, red peppers and kale borecole until cooked. Season with salt. Serve hot.
