Add water to a skillet. Bring to a boil. Blanch rice noodles until white and soft. When blanching, keep stirring the rice noodle. |

Remove cooked rice noodles from hot water, rinse with cold water for 2 minutes. Then soak in cold water for 20 minutes. Drain and remove rice noodles to a bowl. |

Add oil to a pot. Fry dried red chili until aromatic. Add salted radish to stir-fry to remove excess water. Add a little chili oil and mix well. Then pour on the rice noodle. |

Add fried peanut, chopped coriander into the bowl. Add sesame oil, soy sauce, white sugar, chicken powder, white pepper powder and salt for seasoning. Stir well. Serve. |
