Tips

1. Soup stock is a seasoning for enhancing the flavor. If you don‘t have soup stock, you can add a little water instead. Because the original juicy is appetizing as well.

2. Storing in a fridge is to ensure the freshness of shrimp. Never leave the shrimp in room temperature over 1 hour, unless it is in cold weather.

Wash shrimps, drain and put them into a bowl. Add egg white, salt, starch, and baking soda. Then add sesame oil and mix well. Store in a fridge and marinate for 2 hours.

Add oil and preheat the pot. Fry shrimp until slightly medium well. Remove and drain oil.

Mix salt, starch, chicken powder and soup stock in a bowl to make a sauce.

Preheat the pot, add shrimp and pour over the sauce. Heat until soup thickens. Add sesame oil and mix well. Serve.
