Ingredients
- 1/2 cup egg white
- 1.5 lbs of shrimplarge or medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 2 cup water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups oil
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 condensed milk
Directions
- You can put less sugar if you don’t like too sweet.
- Shrimp is easy fried burnt. Put more attention on the colour change when cooking it.
- You can add broccoli or lettuce to cook. It will be yummy and look great.
Steps

2 Done | Step2Heat 2 cups oil for about 2 minutes or until almost smoking, then deep fry walnuts until they are shiny and brown, and place walnuts to the cookie sheet, wait until cool down |
3 Done | Step3Mix egg whites and cornstarch together to form a thick, sticky texture and mix well with shrimp and set aside |
4 Done | Step4In a medium bowl, mix honey, lemon juice, mayonnaise and condensed milk until well smooth |
5 Done | Step5Heat oil until boiling, then deep fry the shrimp for about 2 minutes or until it turns golden brown, then drain and fold in honey mayonnaise mixture. Mix well, sprinkle with walnuts, and arrange on a platter. Sever and enjoy |
