Wash and dice cucumbers into small pieces. Wash corn kernels and ginkgo nuts. Blanch them until cooked; Wash and cut crab sticks into strips.

Add salt, chicken powder and cooking wine to the shrimp. Mix with starch.

Add oil and preheat the pot. Stir-fry shrimp mixture until medium well. Remove and drain oil.

Use the remaining oil to stir-fry ginkgo nuts, diced cucumber, corn kernels, pine nuts, Goji, crab sticks, and shrimp.  Season with salt and chicken powder and stir well. Serve.
