This dish came up perfectly for my godson birthday . I put chopped fresh tomato on top of tomato sauce and a dash of vinegar which makes the dish extra refreshing. And I think a thin slurry would be better to make the sauce thicker and adhere to prawn. Great recipe. Many thanks! 🥰
