Fried Tuna and Potato Ball Recipe

Tips

1. If you love eating tuna, you can add more fish meat into the ball.

2. This recipe is for making 2-3 balls, you can add more ingredients and make more ball for a ball. Store it at a cool place, do not store it into the fridge sure store. It should be served with 24 hours.

Add 100g potato powder into a pot. Then add 300ml water and mix well.

Add 1 teaspoon salt and chicken powder into the potato powder mixture.

Add 2 teaspoon starch into the powder mixture and knead until mix well.

Use a spoon to dig out about 30g the potato dough.

Add a teaspoon cheese and tuna into the dough. Use hands to roll it into a ball.

Sprinkle breadcrumbs on the potato ball until fully coated. Add oil and fry the potato ball under 180 degrees for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and store at a cool place.

When serving, frying the potato balls into oil again. Fry under 180℃ for 2 minutes. Mix the ball with salad sauce. Serve.
